Can you name another game this season that will have a bigger impact on the landscape of college football than OU vs. texas?

Oklahoma coming in ranked #1 and Texas #5 creates a matchup that only occurs across the country a few times a year.

Bama at LSU on Nov. 8th should be a big match up. Especially with the Saban fiasco.

OU-Texas is always a huge game, and this year was given the extra charge of #1 vs. #5.  At this point, the Bedlam game towards the end of November could be just as big.

It seems like this year several games have been very important. Texas was for sure, but Texas Tech  is going to be tough. Then we turn right around and have to go to OSU. With it being a home game I feel a little easier about the Tech game, but having to play in Stillwater is dangerous  every year. Bedlam is Bedlam. I just wonder how the bowl picture is going to turn out.

If OU doesn't get pressure on Graham Harrell they won't be able to stop their pass attack. They attacked OSU with passes across the middle and short outside passes. OSU couldn't cover Michael Crabtree and I am sure that OU is going to have a hard time doing it also. Mark Rodgers suggested that OU rush up the middle, which may work but if OU can't get to Harrell and hit him hard and knock him down he will pick the secondary apart.

OU has a better secondary and defensive ends than OSU, but they are vulnerable across the middle.  Crabtree won't present as much of a problem as their slot guys.  Should be a very entertaining game.

This is the most important game of Bob Stoops' career, yes more so than the Nebraska of 2000 game.

I disagree.  The 2000 National Championship game was the most important game of Bob Stoops' career.

I agree with this. Bob Stoops needs this win. I think the for the first time OU fans will want his head if he loses this game.
